Meeting Sponsorship
The Human Resource Association of Southern New Jersey (HRA-SNJ) is an organization dedicated to excellence in Human Resource Management. Our 110+ members consist of Human Resource Professionals and those who offer related gods and services. During the months of September through June we hold monthly dinner meetings and offer very competitive, worthwhile sponsorship opportunities for each meeting. It is the only exception to our Chapter's "no-solicitation" rule. While no one can guarantee the number of attendees at any one meeting, on average 35-55 members attend our dinner meetings.
For a $250 sponsorship fee, a sponsor receives:
- Exclusive sponsorship for that dinner meeting.
- A 1/2 page display ad in our chapter newsletter, The Link. The ad will appear in the issue immediately following receipt of payment.
- A location at the meeting to display promotional materials and your companies banner.
- A listing on the meeting announcement sent via fax and email to all chapter members for the dinner meeting sponsored by your company.
- Five (5) minutes of time at the beginning of the meeting to make a presentation to the attendees.
The sponsorship fee includes dinner for one (1) representative from the sponsoring organization. Other representatives may attend for $40/ person including dinner.
