SHRM Chapter 260, has served professionals to exchange ideas about our work for over 58 years! HRA-SNJ has been a "SHRM" Superior Award Chapter for every year since 1994. HRA-SNJ provides the opportunity for our members to gain knowledge about the profession while networking with our colleagues to find solutions to the many issues, challenges and initiatives that we face as employers.
